As per the rank that you had mentioned in eamcet and with your category is applied ,the chances of getting a seat in sv university is very difficult but you have chances of getting a seat in chemical engineering at svu. The cutoff for other courses for the bc category is far away from your rank. you are likely to get good groups like cse,ece in colleges like

madanapally institute of technology and science ,chittoor

sri chaitanya engineering college,vishakapatnam ...etc
