You have not mentioned your category. Candidates belonging to general category must score minimum 40 marks out of 160 marks to qualify in EAMCET. For candidates belonging to SC/ST there is no minimum qualifying mark, a non-zero positive score is required to be eligible to get seat in a college.

So, if you belong to general category then you haven't qualified in EAMCET but if you belong to any of SC/ST category then you are qualified.
