with 365 rank in neet it is very hard to get seat in bds in  in karnataka, Telangana and andhra in government college                                                               

but you can try for private college then you get seat if you are not from general category

With a score of 365, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government dental colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Although the scores in Andhra Pradesh and tamilnadu were high, last year, a minimum score of 303 was required to fetch one a seat in the ESIC dental college, Gulbarga in the general category under the state quota. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
