Hello dear student, you have qualified NEET but it's not possible to get a government MBBS seat with this much marks and with these marks you cannot even get BDS government seat. Well if you want MBBS seat then you can try for the private colleges where you can get a seat under management quota. You need to have  marks above 460 looking at last year's cut off list but this year marks will go high and it's from always cut offs go high every year  . as far as this year's concern you need to have 480+ marks to get a seat in medical college. Try to keep marks above 510 to be sure to get seat with the category. I hope this was helpful. For any further advice or any doubt feel free to ask anything.

All the best.

Hello,
You have not mentioned your state, so exact predictions would bee difficult to make. However generally with 365 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are negligible.
However you might get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).

However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.

Good luck
