This year the cutoff for mbbs through NEET went very high and even the students scoring above 500 aren't quite sure about their college.so your score in not so good to get a decent goverment college in any state through any category.So ,if you want admission this year only than go for a private university through donation or management quota or else you may give one more year for better preparation.

As you mentioned with UR category and 367 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are negligible.
However you might get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).

However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
