Government colleges might be a bit hard to secure under Delhi University but with easy you can get into private colleges with the Sc quota so don't worry.

I suggest you keep a close look on carrer 360 page which will have details of the 1st round of cutoff up asap. this link

Also try and apply for Central University too. All the best
