3850 is a decent enough rank. People usually choose a normal course instead of integrated courses. Because of this there are good chances of you getting into an integrated course. Also, the higher ra ked people usually choose oher universitites such as NITs and IITs.

You have not mentioned any specific courses here. But in general the integrated courses have a usually lesser intake and demand. SO I would say yes, you have a good chance of getting a seat with this rank
