Hello tayi,
No, you are not eligible because those condidate will appear in JEE main exam whose 10+2 with PCM.
if your 10+2 with art then you are not eligible.

 JEE Mains exam can only be given by candidates who have taken Physics,  Mathematics and Chemistry in 12th standard and have scored minimum 75% in 12th standard. So a candidate who has taken Arts in 12th standard is not eligible to give the entrance exam.
