Hello, at this rank chances are less to get Cs, EC in Top Nit. As cutoff are very high for this brances.
If you have home state quota in any top Nit like Trichi,Wrangal,Karnataka,Bhopal, Jaipur it would help you.

Also do apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling may be you would get a good branch in new Nit like Sikkim, Manipur,Mizoram.

Cutoff changes every year. So wait till last round of Csab counseling.
