Hello,
I'm sorry to say but there is no chance to get pharm.d with your rank belonging to OC. It would even be difficult to get into B.pharmacy for your rank and caste. So I will suggest you to either take long term if you're interested or go with BSc courses like Nutrition, Biotechnology and Microbiology which have good scope and career options. All the best!
