Hello Aspirant!
For Entrance Examination during 20132017,the basic cut off was around 40% -50% of total marks.Mostly if u write the exam,u will get seats based on the management wish on the most opening department,when score is high the individual can choose their appropriate department for free or else money must be paid for joining. Hence you can interpret yourself whether you can get into your desired branch or not .
