The closing ranks for CSE and ECE branches in Amritpuri and Coimbatore campus is given below for open category:
--To get CSE in Amrita Amritpuri campus, you should have a rank below 5000 in AEEE.
--To get CSE in Amrita Coimbatore campus, you should have a rank below 1000 in AEEE.

So as per your rank, you have no chances to get CSE in Amrita Coimbatore campus. You can try for CSE in Amritpuri campus as you have chances to get CSE till final round.
