Hii,NEET 2019 was slightly easier than NEET 2018 i know physics was quite tough and time . However, your admission doesn't matter much how hard or easy the paper was. It depends solely on what is your rank in your state and number of medical seats in your state. For an open category student from Gujarat. I gave my NEET last year, that is 2017. I calculated 410 marks based on the initial answer key released by various institutes. I talked to many people regarding my score and my admission possibilities. They said I may get seat in general quota, else I'll have to opt for management quota. Now comes the twist. In late June, the official result was published by CBSE. I attained an all India rank of 64945 with 410 marks (please don't laugh at me :p . I scored these marks without help of Aakash/allen/Resonance or other special NEET coaching institutes except that I solved AIATS papers for practice). Now the total medical seats all over India are around 65000–66000.
Hope, this information will helpful for you.Goodluck.
