Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, yes you have good chances of getting C.S.E (data science) in VIT vellore  as per the previous year cutoff records you may get a seat under Category 1. According to last cutoffs trends rank around 20,000 will land you in VIT vellore in categroy 1 . And rank below 5,000 will give you C.S.E branch.
