Based on your rank , you could get NIT's of medium and low level , however you might have to compromise with the branch as most probably you will be getting core and non technical branches . For cs and it , you can try for north eastern Nit's and some new IIIT's . Still you can try for other state government colleges . There are many state Government colleges which are good like PEC and BIT , so you can apply for them .
