I got 41017 rank in OBC NCL category in JEE Mains. Can I get any NIT? and does OBC NCL rank matters or college just considers General rank?

With your rank being 41017, you could get few branches in some NITs, but won't get into top NITs though. As far as OBC NCL rank is concerned,colleges do consider it.
