You have not mentioned the Category you belongs to, so I'm considering it as General Category. For your AP EAMCET Rank you it is difficult to get Civil Engineering in Andhra University, Vishakapatnam based on previous year's Closing Ranks as you but closing ranks changes from year to year. You can try for Private Engineering Colleges.
