If i consider previous year cutoff trends then your chnces are very low to get into government medical colleges of Andhra pradesh through 85%state quote counselling in AP.

Previous year the last cutoff was 517 for a general category candidate to get into government medical college. 

And for private college, the last cutoff was 463 for general category candidate.

Though you should try for private colleges of ap, since cutoff changes every year, may your luck favours and you fetch a mbbs seat or bds seat.

You have not mentioned your category. Nevertheless, the cut off last year through state quota for Government Medical College for MBBS was -
UNR-516
LOC-UNR-479
SC-386
ST-360
BC-427

This year the cut off is expected to increase by 15-30 marks . Without a reservation for SC/ST it will be very difficult for you get into a Government MBBS seat .
There are private college where you can take admission .
