the cutoffs and trends for NEET-2019 have been surprisingly high and with your score of 434 it highly unlikely that you will land with a government MBBS seat, though you may apply in private medical colleges or if you opt for BDS or BVSc then you may land a government medical college seat, rest the odds are too high your best option if you want to pursue MBBS is to take another drop and prepare much better and get more marks in NEET-2020
