There are no chances of getting a good government college through the All India 15% Quota .
Depending on your state, you can manage to get into some lower ranked government colleges if possible. You can get the bds government colleges of your state.
You will get most of the private colleges.

the cutoffs and trends for NEET-2019 have been surprisingly high and with your score of 434 it highly unlikely that you will land with a government MBBS seat, though you may apply in private medical colleges or if you opt for BDS or BVSc then you may land a government medical college seat, rest the odds are too high your best option if you want to pursue MBBS is to take another drop and prepare much better and get more marks in NEET-2020
