With 434 marks and belonging to sc category I think you might get govt medical college through state quota in UP. As per previous year the minimum cut off of up for sc under state quota was 372 marks of GMC, jalaun. Here are few colleges in uo with their previous year cut off

• Motilal Nehru medical College 419
• Lala Lajpat Rai memorial medical College 411
• Maharani Laxmi bai Medical College 404 and many more

We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.

Congratulations on qualifying NEET-2019. You scored well and additional you quota will Surely be beneficial. There are 6 government colleges in UP maybe more also. But 6 are on TOP. 

Yes your chances to get a Seat in MBBS are really high but being on safe side you can try for BDS too.
