You score must be  more than 480 marks in your exam in order to get BDS seat or a Bams seat in the government colleges. 

But wait ,still you have a chance

Remeber one thing we have this system in maharashtra called regional qouta and this can be your turning point

Now let's consider your from region rest of Maharashtra(ROM)

ROM has about 842 seats (70% regional reservation) for open category and (30% is for state qouta)

As ROM merit is low let's consider you regional rank comes around 1500

By discarding the number of OBC,SC,ST,VJ,NT candidates your rank can be again deduced to about 700 -800 and you will get a chance to get admission with 6–7k SML rank

These thing depend on your luck factor

The same concept for those with marathwada and vidarbha region

Marathwada has about -258 (70% regional for open category)

Vidharbha has about - 441 (70% for open category)

So with 400 marks and 6–7k its tough to get admission if you're in marathwada or vidharbha

You can also add number of seats in private medical college and thus there will be again increase in number of seats available
