I hope you are doing well. The answer for your question is Yes. You can get a seat for CSE in Bangalore under 2A category. But at the end, it depends on what type of colleges you may get. You cannot expect to get CSE in top colleges in Bangalore. But you have chances of getting a good or average college, as CSE has the least cutoff rank compared to other branches in almost all colleges.
