Hi Sharath!!! Yes.you're eligible for Chandigarh University provided you get 60% marks in physics,chemistry and maths in class 12 boards and for your information they're not concerned about your JEE Mains rank,only criteria is class 12 marks and if you get 85% marks in the mentioned subjects,you might end up getting a scholarship.
