Yes. Beacuse many colleges cut off list is declose in 45 to 46  and you are a  sc.st  student so Maharastra government reserved for sc.st.and OBC  student.                            .                                                            Thank you. And best of Luck your carrier

Sad to tell you but with just 46 marks it is next to impossible that you will get admision in BA LLB in Jamia Miliya Islamia. Its one of the best college and therefore the cut offs are high. 

I suggest you to try for other colleges.

As per your marks in BA LLB test in Jamia Miliya Islamia, you won't get admission there. Try considering private colleges/universities like LPU.
