Hello,
You have good rank and yes you can get CSE in a good college too.
You can apply for Feroze Gandhi IET or Bundelkhand University which are good government colleges and you can get an admission there as per your categorical rank. The college are one of the top colleges in UP. FGIET will be the best option.
