You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 467, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges of  Tamilnadu when comparing the results of previous years. Usually Tamilnadu state has a high cut off range. Last year, a score of 550 or above remained to be a safe zone for the general category under the state quota and a score of 600 or above for the all India quota.
