YES. You have great chances to get a lower grade Medical College. So just attend the counselling rounds positively and hope for best to happen.

Dear Balina,
With the score you've secured, you can get admission into one of the medical colleges of your state through state quota. However if you apply for all India quota you may not get admission into any good medical college in another state.
