Dear Teja, 470 is a score that puts you on a tight spot.AP State Government Medical Colleges are categorised into SVU, AU and OU areas. You need to be a local for that area to claim its local quota benefits. However, the cut offs for various areas for  OC category are:

SVU: 458
AU: 473
OU: 454

Cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates apearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Considering all these factors, you have a faint chance at getting seat in OU area. But if not MBBS seat you have fair chances of getting a BDS.seat in Government Dental College.  You can check the cut offs at: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-ap/amp
