As you have mentioned that your rank is 47,000 and considering you want to pursue Computer science branch, chances are that you get VIT Vellore but in around category 5 . If you can afford this then its okay, but if not I would suggest you to opt for VIT Chennai or AP campus as here you can manage to get into category 4 or maybe category 3 which is a better option and the fees also varies . The categories vary year to year , it also depends on the number of students applying for it.
