On the basis of your rank obtained there seems less chances of yours to get a seat at VNR in ECE branch.The rank you obtained does not comes under the closing rank required to get ECE branch when compared with previous year closing rank.The previous year closing rank for ECE branch was around 2549 and your rank does not comes under the closing rank.So there seems less  possibilities of yours to get ECE branch in VNR  as your rank is not under the closing rank.
