For admission in mbm jodhpur ..cand candid have to score 140+ marks and with rank around 30k...and as you mentioned your percentile is 49% ...there are very less chance to get mbm jodhpur...

But there are othe colleges where you may apply:-

Jagannath university

Jodhpur National university

Mewar university

NIIT university
