To get into CSE branch from Amrita Coimbatore you should have a rank of 9000 or below if you have state quota. If you are from open category then you should have a rank of 1500 or below.
To get into CSE branch from Amrita Amritpuri campus you should have a rank of 12000 or below if you have state quota. If you are from open category then you should have a rank of 4000 or below.

Your rank is much lower than the previous year's cutoffs. Hence you have decent chances to get into any of these colleges.
