For bagging a seat into a government medical college in MP,
if you belong to general category then the last year cutoff was 493 for MBBS seat in government medical college, khandwa.
For sc category the cut was 326 for getting seat into government medical college, Ratlam.

For OBC category, the cut off was 482.

If i consider previous year cutoff trend then, your chnces are quite good to get admission into mp government medical colleges.
Though cutoff may vary this year.
