Hey,
Sorry but this score wont help you get CS at main branch of manipal university. Last years cutoff rank for Cs was 1893 for the main branch. For other branches cutoff and other centres of manipals cutoff, you can refer the following link

What's the relation of negative marking with your rank. I just have you last years cut off for cs. Thats all. And afterwards I provided you with the link where all the cutoffs are provided.

@naman Jain I think you probably don’t know what is going on.utill last year the marking scheme is different from this years.utill last year there are no negative marks so,150 out of 200 is qualifying score for Cs.now I got 139 questions right.here negative marking is present.
