I am sorry to say but a State Rank of 2299 won't help you to procure any seat being a UR candidate in the State of West Bengal.
As far as the data of 2018 concerned, the last UR state rank to get in through was around 1400 in Maldah Medical College.
Although additional 500 seats have been increased this year, out of those around half would be registered for the reserved categories, that leaves us with mere 250 seats with which 2299 rank would have a tough time getting a seat.

You got very good marks in neet and that too in unreserved category this time the cutoff set for government colleges in MBBS is around 490+.
