Hi,
Sorry to say but you have not qualified jee mains exam so there is very little chance of getting admission in this college and also you have not mentioned your category but from past few years seats are not fully filled in lower branches of engineering colleges in uttarakhand so there is a quite chance that you might get it, so do apply for the counselling.
