General Category: 469
OBC: 429
SC: 373
ST: 169
With 511 marks, irrespective of your Category, you have pretty good chance at a seat in a Government Medical College in UP.  Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
