Hello. Kerala is a very competitive state and its cutoff goes very high. Anything below 550 is unsafe for MBBS. but you can surely get a BDS govt. seat through All India Quota and even through your State Counselling.

If you are from general category then your marks is quite less for gov.  Mbbs seat. But u surely get Gov.  Bds seat. Cutoff is fluctuate every year so dont loose hope all the very best for result. Thank you.
