I got 53% in graduation. Am I eligible to apply three year LLB course?

Hi Namrata,
You are absolutely eligible for three years law Course i.e.,LLB. As you got 53% is under the minimum criteria for getting admission in any law school.

The Bar Council of India may from time to time, but stipulate the minimum percentage of marks not below 45% of total marks in case of general category student and 40% in case of sc/st category applicant.

So according to this rule you have extra 8% marks so you are eligible to get admission in any qualifying law university or institute.

Yes you are eligible with 53 percent marks in your graduation,  Graduation degree with 45% marks (40% for reserved category) is the basic qualification required for LLB.
