As u say that ur marks are 531 nd u r from OBC so gettiing college is depends on various factors like what will be the cutoff bt yes u can apply for AIQ there r chances to get from AIQ bt chances r less bt from state quota ur chances of getting college will increases so apply in both counselling u will get college in any one.
