For 54 percentile, your All India Rank will be in the range of 430000 to 500000 approximately. Since you belong to the SC category, your category rank will be in the range of 29000 to 35000 approximately. With this rank, it's very difficult for you to get any NIT, IIIT or GFTI unless you come under the Home State quota. Still you will get some lower branches. Do not worry, you can get many good private colleges with this rank.

It is very difficult to predict but chances are very less to get nits even in sc category . But do apply for the state counselling and there are slight chances that you should get a government college.
