As for getting into an NIT's or IIIT's firstly your JEE mains marks are viewed. Now as you have achieved 55 percentile then this might not get you into any top NIT's or in IIIT's in any desired branch. But your cast criteria might help you in getting into some good govt. Colleges but for that you may check the past year cut offs of your desired colleges which will provide you a better idea of your admission into them. Or with this score you can try getting into some good state college or may appear JEE mains again.
