According to previous trends however, you can get admission in any of the states through AIQ like : 

Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh

Chandigarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, might be a bit difficult.

For Goa, Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, you are in the cutedge.

With 551 marks and belonging to general category you might get govt college under AIQ and private colleges under State quota in Rajasthan. As you have bot mentioned any specific state it will be difficult for me to suggest you college. I provided a link below which can help you to find college as per your neet cut off.

according to the previous year cut off there are many colleges which has a cut off below or near your score. most of the states have at least one college which has cut off around your score which is for all India quota general category student. Do keep in mind that these college's cut off may increase or decrease since the trend keeps on fluctuating every year and may happen this year as well. i am attaching the link which has detailed cut off of each college in pan india
