From the available options from you mentioned above, I woulg suggest you to take a seat inn CSE branch of Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore. VIT, Vellore is one of the top engineering colleges of the nation. The curriculum and placements for CSE branch has been quite excellent in the past couple of years. Also, if you get a category 1 seat, it makes your degree quite cost effective when compared to other private colleges. 

Hello Chandu, at this rank, the best colleges for CSE course would be MVIT and KLE technological university. MVIT has a slightly better placement record than KLE. But KLE is a very diverse college, it went autonomous in 2016 and therefore has become very famous amongst hiring companies. Companies like Robert Bosch, Microsoft, SAP laps come during placements. But I would still suggest MVIT as it is located in Bengaluru and thus would have much more exposure.
