you have scored great, congratulations! see, with this marks you should be able to make it to gov medical colleges even according to last year cut off. but since this year marks have gone really high, i will need to know your aiq rank . 

but i think getting self finance seat wont be a problem.

 As per the previous years' trends in the cut-off, it can be said that you have secured very good marks. As most of the colleges in Kerala have a cut-off close to 450-650, your mark might land you in a Govt. college. But, you can try for private colleges.
