Hello Komal,
Yes you can apply to get admission in Delhi University.As it requires minimum 50% in higher secondary education to get admission in different colleges of delhi university. As per your score you are definitely eligible to get any college of Delhi University for the arts stream. You can persue different courses in arts stream from different colleges of Delhi University.
