The cutoff for IIITs are pretty high and It is even higher for Computer Science Branch, So it might be difficult for your rank. You have not mentioned your OBC list rank so you can check the cutoff for IIITs for the link given below according to your OBC rank.

I'm sorry to inform you but there are no chances of yours getting a seat in any of the nits or iiits and that too the much in demand cse branch as for obc closing ranks are around 15-20k for cse for even the lower rank nits or iiits.
You can join cse in any private universities such as vit,srm,manipal.
Or you can take a drop for one year Nd prepare for Jee once again.
