Hello hanwith. You have a little less percentage in class 12 but I am happy to inform you that YES you can get into VIT University with this percentage

For taking admission in VIT all you have to do is to clear VITEEE exam which is the entrance exam of the college. If you get an appreciable rank\marks you will be called for the admission. Your class 12 percentage doesn't matter.

To get into Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore and Chennai, You have to sit for the VITEEE 2019.

VITEEE 2019 is scheduled from April 10 to 21, 2019 in online mode. To apply for VITEEE, first it is mandatory to satisfy the minimum eligibility

criteria.

The latter states that the candidate should have secured an aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology in Class 12th for general

category and 50% for SC/ST and the North Eastern Candidates. Hence, if you dont satisfy this criteria, you cannot get into VIT.
