Hi,

Different colleges offer different cut offs based on Caste. So, the course and college you get is always dependent on your caste along with the rank.

Coming to the probability of getting free seat in Pharm.D, It is not possible to get into pharm.D with 59K in a reputed college for general students.

Minimum 25% marks will be required to score in the TS EAMCET examination to qualify it. Total 40 marks will be needed out of 160 to qualify TS EAMCET exam.

But, you do have probability of getting free seat in B.Pharmacy compared to Pharm.D since there is a tough competition for Pharm.D and the cut offs are also very less. So, as per my knowledge getting free seat in Pharm.D with 59K eamcet rank for general category is not possible.

hope this helps

wish you luck
