Hello Prashant,
The cut-off for JEE Mains 2019 for SC category is 54% and for 12th boards is 65%. Since you have cleared both the cutoff you can write jee advanced. To get into IIT colleges you need to clear jee advanced examination. You can also try for state colleges such as RV, KIIT, VIT and others.
